Sophisticated cuisine, celebrating regional produce and seasonality, is what is on the menu at the "Le Jardin des Saveurs" restaurant, located in the heart of the Alsace region.

Chef David Rochel and his team will take you on a journey of the tastes of our region thanks to their creative cuisine. The menu, which is updated with the changing seasons, includes dishes like Munster cheese flambéed in Marc de Gewurztraminer wine and "Monsieur Kieffer’s Roasted Pigeon". You will experience a cuisine that allies local flavours and specialities with fine ingredients from further afield.

Eric Orban, previously a Michelin-starred chef and now the establishment’s owner, considers that food should be both wholesome and respectful of the environment, two aspects that characterise our various menus, which are prepared in partnership with local producers whenever possible.

Opening hours and menus

The "Le Jardin des Saveurs" restaurant can serve up to 50 people (or 80 people for group reservations).

Opening hours:
The restaurant is open for lunch from midday to 1.30pm and is open for dinner from 7pm to 8:30pm during the week and 9pm on Saturday evenings.
The restaurant is closed all day on Wednesdays, Thursday lunchtimes and Sunday evenings. Our Restaurant is also closed till July 12th. Our Team is on Holidays. The hotel stays open.
Tables must be booked in advance. Dogs are allowed, provided that they are on a lead.

Our menus are updated every Friday. With our varied selection of set menus ("Ligne et Saveurs", "Decouvertes", "Gourmet" and "Tentation") in addition to our à la carte menu, there’s sure to be something for everyone.
