The hotel reception is open non-stop from 7:30am to 7pm. After 7pm, please ask at the restaurant. Please ask at reception for the code if you would like to enter the hotel late at night.

Booking terms and conditions: To guarantee your booking, we ask guests to provide us with a credit/debit card number. No advance payment will be charged; full payment will be made at the hotel. We kindly ask guests to notify us in advance in case of late arrivals (after 7pm).

Cancellation terms and conditions: You may cancel your booking without incurring any fees up to 48 hours before expected arrival. Full fees for the first night will be charged for bookings cancelled the day before expected arrival or for no-shows. If you wish to check out earlier than expected, the entire stay will still be charged.

Conditions of retraction: Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
